Carol provides a loving home atmosphere when caring for your pet. Scooter was always happy to spend time with "Auntie" Carol. He was always happy and well cared for when left in Carol's home, and many times did not want to leave! I wish that I didn't have to move half way across the country as I have not found a caregiver for my beloved Scooter that treats him as well as Carol. I never felt guilty leaving him with her. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable with a wide variety of animals, then you want to have Carol care for your pets. Why take them to a stuffy boarding facility full of other dogs where they will stress out and not get as much attention as they do with Carols care. I have seen her work miracles on animals knocking at deaths door, and she has saved their lives. She is able to pick up on the slightest of signals and know how to react accordingly. You could not find a more knowledgeable or caring person to entrust your beloved pet to. Carol has helped me out numerous times when I have had problems with mine. I can not find enough kind words to explain the wonderful care my pet pigs received from Carol and her family in my time of need. She was a life saver to my girls. As they were being kicked out of Hinsdale, Carol came to their rescue and she boarded my pigs for 2 years while I fought the zoning commission to keep my pet pigs. Thank you so much Carol. Carol has provided my African Grey Parrot, Peter, a loving home as well as excellent care. Peter never really liked anyone but me and always had difficulty adjusting to change. When I went to visit Peter a few months later at Carol's home, I found Peter to be a very happy, social, and healthy bird. As a humane officer I only want the best care for my dogs. I do not want them confined to a crate in a dark room with no human interaction for hours at a time. Thank you for the excellent care you provided my pets. I can tell that you spoiled them rotten while I was gone because when I walked in the door, Niko insisted on treats right away. He will sit waiting until I give him one. Everyone was happy to see me, but I think they were really looking for you!! Thanks for the excellent care you provide. After visiting Carol's home, I can see that we have a true animal lover on our hands! It is obvious she "knows her stuff" regarding a variety of animals (both wild and domestic) and that she is very capable, trustworthy, and caring individual. After viewing her website and reading more about Carol, it is clear she is dedicated to her profession as well. Take note of the number of different associations she belongs to and her commitment to her ongoing education.
